• We offer free shipping within New Zealand on all orders.

• International shipping is currently not available.

• Orders are processed promptly, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Rural addresses may take slightly longer.

• Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

• For larger items such as furniture or oversized rugs, additional delivery arrangements may be required. We will be in touch if this applies to your order.

• Please note that free shipping applies once per transaction. Any returns or exchanges will require the customer to cover associated shipping costs.

• If you have any specific delivery requirements or questions, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help.

• We offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We do not offer refunds.

• Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage to The Workshop.

• For exchanges, any additional shipping costs will also be charged to the customer. Please note that free shipping applies once per transaction only.

• Many of our rugs are vintage pieces, some up to 50 years old, and may show slight imperfections. We consider this part of their character and charm, and these are not deemed faults.
