We offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage to The Workshop.
For exchanges, any additional shipping costs will also be charged to the customer. Please note that free shipping applies once per transaction only.
Many of our rugs are vintage pieces, some up to 50 years old, and may show slight imperfections. We consider this part of their character and charm, and these are not deemed faults.
